Research Intern - Machine Learning / NLP
We are hiring a Machine Learning/NLP intern to join our growing research and data team to drive product innovation–helping solve complex challenges in support of the Blue Fever community. We are interested in a person who has experience in natural language processing, understanding, knowledge representation and reasoning, information retrieval, and knowledge-based assistance. As part of the Data and Research team, you will be contributing to the future user experience of the Blue Fever community. We are also especially interested in someone who has a passion for and advocates responsible and trustworthy AI practices.
About Us
There are 100 million young people in the US. 90% report mental health problems.
Blue Fever is on a mission to reverse this trend and create improved mental health + well-being by supporting one person at a time. Blue Fever is a new type of well-being platform for Gen Z that provides support for social well-being and recommends resources for mental health and wellness based on expressed user need. We do this via our app: a high trust, community diary where authentic self expression unlocks peer support and resources for your well-being.
Our anti-toxicity design/tech ensures interactions stay emotionally supportive. We’re emotional media, not social media.
